NorthStar Ranked As One of Top Five Telecom Firms in U.S.
For Immediate Release. May 3, 2006, Birmingham, Alabama: For the fifth year in a row, NorthStar Communications Group, Inc. (NorthStar) has been named among the top five firms nationally in overall telecommunications engineering and design by Engineering News-Record (ENR), the premier weekly magazine for the engineering and construction industry. ENR published its 2006 ranking of telecommunications firms in conjunction with its annual listing of Top 500 Design Firms in its April 24, 2006 magazine issue.
Over the years, NorthStar has been consistently ranked among the top engineering and design firms by ENR. The most recent ENR Sourcebook, published in July 2005, lists NorthStar as the number one firm in the country (for the fourth consecutive year) in the design of telecommunications transmission lines and cables, and as number nine in the design of towers and antennae.
