NorthStar Communications Group, Inc. Appoints Joe Hart as Senior Vice President of Operations
For Immediate Release. June 10, 2005, Birmingham, Alabama: NorthStar Communications Group (NorthStar) announced today that Joseph E. (Joe) Hart has joined NorthStar as Senior Vice President of Operations.
Most recently, Hart served in the wireless broadband industry as Vice President - Global Services for IP Wireless Inc. In this capacity, he was responsible for project management, logistics, network engineering, training, order management and multi-region customer support.
Hart has held a variety of senior positions within the telecommunications industry. He has served in various capacities, for companies such as Crown Castle (CCI), Fluor Corporation, AT&T Network Systems (now Lucent), and AT&T International. At Crown Castle, Hart served as President of the Latin American Division and as Vice President of International Development. While at Fluor Corporation, Hart served as Vice President of Operations for the Telecommunications Operating Company and was responsible for the successful and profitable execution of all projects worldwide for both wireless and wireline technologies. Hart created a global network engineering and construction business unit while at AT&T Network Systems, building networks in 34 countries and across the US with annual revenues in excess of $500 million per year.

Hart graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He also holds a Masters of Science degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
